Welcome to our charming apartment with all the comforts. Located on top of our house which is shared with other digital nomads.

To access the top-floor apartment, guests must use the shared interior staircase, which is located inside the house and is also used by other guests.

This private apartment at the top floor has everything you need for up to 2 people. It features a spacious bed of 135cm, guaranteeing a good night’s sleep after a long day of work or exploring the island. The loft also boasts a working area with 2 screens, providing the perfect environment for guests to work peacefully and efficiently.

The private toilet, kitchen, living room and working area, ensure privacy and convenience during your stay. The apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide guests with a beautiful environment to relax and unwind. Also available all the common spaces with the rest of the guests in the house. Terrace with views of Isla de Lobos and Lanzarote and a shared garden for morning stretching, yoga and reading in the sun.

Booking Policy

What is the check-in and check-out process like?

Check-in is independent. You will receive an email with the details so you can check in whenever you want from 16.00 onwards.

You must leave your room by 12am to allow time to clean up for the next guest.

You do not need to remove sheets and towels, however, you do need to remove your rubbish from the room, bathroom, and kitchen.

When and how is the rent paid?

In order for us to freeze your booking a full payment must be made on the website.

My flight arrives early in the morning, what time can I check in?

Check in is from 16.00. However, if you arrive earlier you can enter after 11am and leave your belongings at the staircase at the entrance. When the time comes you will be able to use your room and you will have to keep your belongings in your room.

What amenities are included in the coliving space?

If you have simply paid the rent for your bedroom, you have full access to it as long as you follow the house rules.

Kitchen with all the needed amenities.

The right to utilize all communal places while always respecting other housemates.

What is not included?

We do not include sports equipment or car hire.
We do not include activities.
You are not allowed to bring more people than are registered on the rental.
Lunch or breakfast is not included.

Are there any discounts for long-term stays?

In principle, no.

Is the workspace comfortable and suitable for work?

The house is designed specifically for digital nomads, so we have counted comfort and peace and quiet for working as a prerequisite.

We have:

Private work area in your room.
Desk with the screen at your disposal.
All the common areas have sockets and spaces for you to work in a more social environment.
We have 3 different wifi lines and the best wifi service on the island to ensure the highest network speed.

We emphasize in the house rules that the working hours and volumes of the environment are respected.

What is the internet speed and reliability like?

The Internet connection is very fast.

Enough capacity to stream HD video, video conferencing and gaming to multiple devices at the same time.

There are three different modems: one for each floor. Internet connection is a priority in this house!!

The Area

What is the location like and what is there to do nearby?

BY CAR:

We are a ten-minute drive from the centre of Corralejo.
Two minutes by car you will find the biggest supermarkets of the village: Lidl and Mercadona.
A 3 minute drive away you will find a small street where surfers, digital nomads and families gather and where there are several options for breakfast or lunch before an intense day.
Ten minutes drive from Grandes Playas and the beaches of the Dunes: El Moro, El Burro, Lanzadera…

THE AREA:

It is a quiet residential area called Mirador de las Dunas. Our neighbors are either families from the island or other holiday homes like this one.
It is a very quiet area, without any danger.
Just outside the complex, you will find the edge of the natural park of the dunes. Perfect for a nice walk in the nature.

Is the space safe and secure?

The island in general is very secure.

The house has a surveillance camera at the entrance and each room has its own lock and key. Guests are kindly requested to keep their belongings in the room under lock and key.

We are not responsible for possible disappearances.
